5. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Bramble Farm Bees customer service. If you cancel, you will not be refunded for any previously charged subscription fees, but your subscription will not renew.
6. Refunds and Returns: We do not accept returns once the jars have been opened. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact Bramble Farm Bees customer service within 14 days of receipt for a replacement.
